ABOUT US

K'MON is a new society which promotes tourist animation.
Our main goal is to assist the most prestigious hotel structures in Italy and abroad with the organisation and realisation of entertainment and fun activities.
We provide entertainment programs, equipment, qualified, multilingual personnel who are able to successfully operate in each of the four sectors that mainly compose tourist animation:

- MINI AND YOUNG CLUB
- ANIMATION ACTIVITIES
- SPORT
- SHOWS

Our friendly, joyful and professional staff are composed of members who have numerous years of experience working in many hotel structures, camping and village resorts.
K'mon never goes on holidays. Throughout the year we deal with many promotional activities, including:

Promotional activity
- Event planning.
- Realization of theatrical shows.
- Promotional animation in fairs and stands.
- Promotional animation in dealers and stores (small and large retailers).
- Opening days for new stores.
- Means and special attractions research.
- Beach animation and promoting activity in places with high concentration of people.

ANIMATION ACTIVITIES!

In order to be most modern and effective as possible, the animation activity has to be a mixture of assistance and entertaining.
If required our team can develop real hotel assistance activities such as accompaniment, information, guide to services, excursions and more, besides doing the usual entertainment and fun activities.

Living close to our customers we are able to reach our main goals, which are:

a) To create a pleasant atmosphere in the center/hotel/resort
b) To promote meetings and fun activities among the guests

MINI CLUB
The MINI CLUB is with no doubt one of our main sectors of activity.
The K'MON staff, composed of young and friendly people, is multilingual and well-prepared to face any exigency our customers could have during their staying.
We organise full educational-recreational activities for children, such as games and baby shows, which are totally performed by children themselves.

SPORT
Thanks to our qualified training team we can offer complete sport teaching programs, which occupy the whole day and include many different activities for all ages, Based upon availability we also propose courses of aerobics, acquagym and areoboxe for the most active guests.
Water relax and stretching are also available for the calmest guests.
K'MON organises sporting tournaments for all tastes. You only need to relax and enjoy!

OTHER ACTIVITIES
If you are looking for a more complete and chilling animation program, K'MON offers extra activities like appetizer-games.
You can enjoy the beauty farm as well.

THE SHOWS
Our shows include musicals, cabaret, games, etc., with some special nights during the year (August the 15th for instance), in which we create such a stunning and magic atmosphere, you will never forget.

STAGE

The stages we offer are absolutely innovative.
We aim to train our animators on-site in order to simplify the recruitment and make all the animators well aware of their practical duties.
It is very important for us to clearly understand what every candidate is able to do interacting directly with customers, and not only theoretically.

Attending a stage like ours the animators have the opportunity not only to see how their future activity will be and understand in depth what kind of effort it requires, but also how satisfactory it would be.
This is the best job in the world!

You will realize how amazing it feels to make other people live great holiday moments.

You will build extraordinary relationships, you will do sports, learn to dance and act, you will have a lot of fun putting on parties in discos or taking part in water gym sessions.

But above all you will learn to communicate with people always with professionalism and seriousness.

Naturally both guys and girls can take part in our courses.

Very important: please do indicate clearly the time of the year in which you would be available. Our seasons usually go from May to September.

The stage is entirely for free, room and board will be provided and naturally the company t-shirts.

Our stages last ONE week, at the end of which if you enjoyed the experience and had good results well. we have a deal. Welcome on board!
